Trustner Academy ("the Academy", "we", "us") is an educational platform. All content published on trustneracademy.com — including lessons, articles, videos, quizzes, mock tests, AI tutor responses, downloads, examples, case studies, and any communication via WhatsApp, email, or other channels operated by us — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on this platform constitutes:

  • investment advice, recommendation, or solicitation
  • financial planning advice for any specific individual
  • legal advice
  • tax advice
  • insurance advice or solicitation
  • a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or transact in any security, mutual fund, insurance product, derivative, or other financial instrument

Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. The Academy is an educational platform and does not solicit, intermediate, distribute, or sell any insurance product. For insurance products, please contact an IRDAI-licensed broker or agent. Read all policy-related documents carefully before purchasing any insurance product.

7. Securities markets standard disclaimer

8. AI tutor — limitations

The Academy's AI tutor is a generative-AI tool that produces responses based on patterns in its training data and our curriculum content. AI responses can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

  • The AI tutor is not a substitute for a qualified professional.
  • The AI tutor will not provide personal investment recommendations and is configured to refuse such queries.
  • You must independently verify any factual claim before acting on it.
  • Currency-sensitive information (interest rates, tax slabs, exam syllabi, fund NAVs, regulations) may be out of date.

9. Examples and case studies

Examples used in lessons — including company names, fund names, financial statements, market events, and historical prices — are drawn from publicly available historical data and are used purely for illustrative pedagogical purposes. No example should be construed as a recommendation, an indication of current value, or a forecast.

Where possible, we use anonymised or sufficiently dated examples to make this distinction clear.

The Academy may link to third-party websites, documents, or services. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any external resource. Following an external link is at your own risk.

11. Currency of information

Indian financial regulation, taxation, and exam syllabi change frequently. Despite our review processes, content on the Academy may become outdated. This disclaimer and your use of the Academy are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Guwahati, Assam shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in relation to it.
